I'm currently enjoying my Ottertoberfest. Such a mellow, tasty beer!
And, as luck would have it, the keg of FedoraDave's American Ale ran dry earlier this week, and I'll be able to turn it around and keg the Moon Shot Double IPA tomorrow. So both taps will be operational shortly. Just like I planned.
And, looking ahead, I'll be brewing the Schöenwald Schwarzbier Sunday. That'll take a while to finish, as lagers need more time than ales. But I think it'll be ready to keg right around the holidays. This is perfect, since the batch of Littlejohn's Ale (my award-winning milk stout) is in bottles and cellaring in anticipation of the providing holiday cheer.
Ah, the joy of homebrewing!
